Frosty Pina Colada

Ingredients
11⁄2 cups coconut water
Juice of 1 medium lime
1 cup new coconut meat, slash into chunks
2 cups frozen pineapple
1⁄4 cup uncooked honey, uncooked agave nectar, or maple syrup
1 teaspoon natural and organic vanilla flavoring
Pinch of sea salt
Lime slices, mint sprigs, or pineapple, finely chopped, for garnish (optional)

Directions
1. Put the coconut water, lime juice, coconut meat, pineapple, honey, vanilla, and salt in a blender and mixture on large until tender and creamy, 45 to 60 seconds. Anticipate very little specks of coconut fiber to stay.
2. Serve routinely in 2 desirable, chilled eyeglasses. Garnish each and every glass, if preferred, with a cut of lime, mint sprig, or finely chopped fresh new or frozen pineapple, and possibly add a colourful straw.
