Watermelon Cooler (aka Virgin Red Mojito)
Ingredients:
4 cups cold, seedless watermelon, about slice into 1-inch chunks
Juice of 1 medium lime (relating to 1⁄4 cup)
1 tablespoon uncooked honey, uncooked agave nectar, or maple syrup
5-10 mint leaves
2 cups ice, cubed or beaten (optional)
2 mint sprigs, for garnish (optional)
Guidance
Directions:
1. House the watermelon, lime juice, honey, and the mint leaves in a blender. Liquefy until tender and the mint leaves feel as minor specks, about 30 seconds.
2. Pour into 2 attractive glasses with or devoid of crushed ice. Garnish glasses with fresh mint sprigs, if preferred.
