Breakfast Trail Mix
Ingredients:
butter, without salt
sweetener, herbal extract powder from stevia leaf
nuts, almonds
nuts, walnuts, english
nuts, pecans
nuts, pine nuts, dried
peanut butter, smooth style, without salt
shortening confectionery, coconut (hydrogenated) and or palm kernel (hydrogenated)
cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
Directions:
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; stir in stevia until dissolved.
Combine almonds, walnuts, pecans, pine nuts, and peanut butter in a bowl.
Pour butter mixture over nut mixture and stir to coat.
Fold coconut and cocoa nibs into mixture.
