Tofu & Porc Sausages (Italian Style)

Ingredients:
pork, fresh, loin, tenderloin, separable lean only, raw
tofu, raw, regular, prepared with calcium sulfate
spices, pepper, black
spices, oregano, dried
spices, basil, dried
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
spices, fennel seed
spices, paprika
spices, onion powder
salt, table

Directions:
With your hands, mix all the ingredients together.
Mix it very well.
With your palms form about 30 small sausages (4-5 inches long).
You can preserve them in your fridge for about 3-4 days or keep them in your freezer up to 1 month.
It takes about 10-15 min to cook them in a non-stick pan.
