Apricot Gel Glaze Recipe
Ingredients:
jams and preserves, apricot
water, bottled, generic
lemon juice, raw
Directions:
Method:PUT all the ingredients in a saucepan and stir well till it is thoroughly blended and mix is smooth.
Boil for 10 to 15 min then force the mix through a fine wire sieve.
Brush the hot glaze over the cake.
(You can keep the rest of the glaze in a covered container in the refrigerator.
It will last for a fortnight.)
