Three Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients:
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
spartan, real semi-sweet chocolate baking chips,
strawberries, raw

Directions:
Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Break milk chocolate into even pieces if using big chunks.
Place into a heat-proof bowl.
Fill a small saucepan with about 1-inch water.
Bring to the boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to low.
Put the chocolate bowl over saucepan and do not let bowl touch water.
Stir with a metal spoon until smooth.
Dip one-third of the strawberries into the chocolate.
Put onto waxed paper.
Repeat with dark and white chocolate.
Chill in the refrigerator until set, at least 1 hour.
