Straw and Hay Fettuccine
Ingredients:
kashi, steam meal, chicken fettuccine, frozen entree
spinach, raw
margarine, regular, 80% fat, composite, stick, without salt
mushrooms, white, raw
peas, green, frozen, unprepared
cheese, ricotta, whole milk
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d
cheese, parmesan, hard
Directions:
Prepare pasta according to package directions; drain.
Saute mushrooms in margarine over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add the peas, cover and cook until tender.
Remove from heat and set aside.
In small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, milk and Parmesan cheese.
Add cheese mixture to mushrooms and peas.
Toss with pasta and serve.
