cheese, cottage, creamed, large or small curd
milk, fluid, 1% fat, without added vitamin a and vitamin d

Directions:
Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
You can add more ice or milk to achieve the desired thick or thinness of your smoothie, I know everyone is different in preference!
Use regular milk if you want to amp up the protein a bit.
