Caramel Candy Popcorn Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
sugars, brown
water, bottled, generic
milk, buttermilk, fluid, cultured, lowfat
corn, sweet, white, raw

Directions:
Dissolve Big Chief brown sugar in water.
Stir and bring to boil.
Once Big Chief brown sugar dissolves, stop stirring and boil for another 5 min (mix will begin to thicken).
Remove from heat and stir in lowfat milk.
Cold to room temperature.
Pour over popcorn.
Spray hands with nonstick cooking spray and form balls.
