Awesome Blueberry Sauce with Orange Zest
Ingredients:
blueberries, raw
sugars, granulated
water, bottled, generic
orange juice, raw
Directions:
Cook blueberries, sugar, and water on medium-high heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Turn heat off and stir in the orange zest/rind.
Serve sauce immediately while warm.
Just spoon onto your pancakes, waffles or French toast.
Makes approximately 1 1/4 cups of sauce.
