Barbeque Brisket Rub
Ingredients:
spices, chili powder
mustard, prepared, yellow
spices, garlic powder
spices, pepper, red or cayenne
salt, table
spices, paprika
spices, pepper, black
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and rub generously on brisket, wrap in foil and refrigerate 3 days.
Remove from foil and bake at 325-350 for about 2 1/2 hours.
