grilled Cilantro Lime Shrimp Kebabs

32 jumbo uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined (17.5 oz soon after peeled)
3 cloves garlic, overwhelmed
24 slices (around 3) higher limes, rather thinly sliced into rounds
olive oil cooking spray
1 tsp kosher salt
1 1/2 tsp floor cumin
1/4 cup chopped fresh new cilantro, separated
16 bamboo skewers moist inside water 1 hour
1 lime minimize into 8 wedges

Instructions:
Warm the grill upon medium warm and spray the grates with oil. Period the shrimp with garlic, cumin, salt and fifty percent of the cilantro within a medium bowl.
Setting up and finishing with shrimp, thread the shrimp and folded lime slices on to 8 pairs of parallel skewers to create 8 kebabs all round.

Grill the shrimp, turning once in a while, right until shrimp is opaque through, more than 1 to 2 minutes upon each and every aspect. Final with currently being cilantro and clean squeezed lime juice right before serving.

Results in 8 kebabs.
