As my uncle Paddy when stated, “May the enemies of Eire by no means satisfy a good friend.”
1 1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
3/4 ounce cute vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Insert whiskey, vermouth, and bitters.
3. Shake.
4. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
