1 oz Absolut Citron
3 tbsp refreshing squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp easy syrup (or 1 tbsp agave, 1 tbsp water)
5 inch piece celery
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp seltzer
ice
Guidelines:
Inside of a blending glass or pitcher, incorporate celery and cilantro and litter with each other with vodka, lime juice and easy syrup. Pour all through a high-quality mesh strainer into a glass crammed with ice and supreme with selzter. Garnish with celery veggies and cilantro, potentially even a lime wedge!
