(In opposition to THE BROWN DERBY, HOLLYWOOD CIRCA 1930) Manufactured in just Hollywood, the metropolis that pretty much invented
“happily at any time as soon as.”
2 ounces apple jack
1/2 ounce Benedictine
1/2 ounce orange curacao
1/2 ounce clean lemon juice
1. Pour a cocktail mixer with ice.
2. Increase apple jack, Benedictine, curacao, and lemon juice.
3. Shake well.
4. Pressure into a chilled cocktail glass.
5. Top with a lemon peel.
