Thai Chook Fried Rice

Guidance:

Warm a superior nonstick wok higher than higher warm.
In the meantime, period fowl frivolously with salt and pepper.
While the wok is Quite sizzling, increase 2 tsp of the oil. While the oil is very hot, insert the hen and cook upon large until eventually its browned all about and cooked in the course of, around 3-4 minutes.
