Complete Wheat Blueberry Muffins

1 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 cups 100% entire wheat pastry flour (Bob’s Crimson Mill)
1/2 cup uncooked sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries (in excess of 6.5 oz)
1 weighty egg, crushed
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp butter


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°.
Blend flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in just a higher bowl. Combination properly.
Inside of a medium bowl, merge eggs, melted butter, vanilla and applesauce. Include to the flour blend and stir till simply put together. Carefully fold inside blueberries.
Pour batter into 12 coated muffin tins and bake at 325° for 25 minutes, or till a toothpick inserted inside the heart arrives out refreshing. Awesome for around 10 minutes.
