1/2 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce interest fruit syrup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 ounce gentle rum
1/2 egg
1/3 cup overwhelmed ice
1. Pour Galliano, interest fruit syrup, lemon juice, rum, egg fifty percent, and beaten ice into a blender.
2. Combination at very low tempo for 15 seconds.
3. Pour into a chilled deep saucer champagne glass.
