Pumpkin Spiced Crepes with Pumpkin Butter
1 1/2 cups excess weight free of charge milk
2 high egg whites
1 entire egg
1 tsp oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup white entire wheat flour (all explanation functions good)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
butter flavored spray
body weight free of charge whipped topping (optional)
powdered sugar (optional)
Guidelines:
Mix flour, milk, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, eggs and oil until finally tender within the blender. Warm a major nonstick pan upon medium-very low flame. As soon as sizzling, spray with buttered flavored spray to coat backside of pan. Pour 1/4 cup crepe blend into pan, swirling pan somewhat to create crepe slim and comfortable. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or right up until backside of crepe is light-weight golden brown. Switch; cook 30 seconds to 1 instant or right up until light-weight golden brown. Repeat with staying buttered flavored spray and crepe combination.
Results in 3 cups. Batter can be refrigerated for up to 2 times.
