Lime green bubbly for our most loved Irish holiday.
1/2 teaspoon green Chartreuse
1/2 teaspoon cognac
4 ounces chilled brut champagne

1. Pour green Chartreuse, cognac, and champagne into a chilled champagne glass.
2. Stir carefully.
3. Top with twisted lemon peel.
