A Chilean favored that generally preferences far better within Santiago. Nevertheless will work good inside Santa Fe.
1 1/2 ounces pisco brandy
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 egg white
Sprint of Angostura bitters
1. Pour cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Incorporate pisco brandy, lemon juice, sugar, egg white, and bitters.
3. Shake well.
4. Add into a cocktail glass.
