1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon sugar
3 ounces champagne
1/4 ounce brandy
1. Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Include egg yolk, sugar, and champagne.
3. Shake.
4. Pour into a cocktail glass.
5. Float brandy upon ultimate.
