PINEAPPLE COOLER

Tiiiiiiny bubbles…within the wiiiine…
2 ounces pineapple juice
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
2 ounces club soda
2 ounces dry white wine
Ginger ale

1. Pour pineapple juice, powdered sugar, and club soda inside of a highball glass.
2. Stir.
3. Fill glass with cracked ice.
4. Incorporate white wine.
5. Pour with ginger ale.
6. Top with lemon and orange peel spirals or pineapple chunks.
