Brown Coconut Rice with Cilantro
1 cup raw brown rice (brown jasmine, basmati or quick grain functions properly)
1 cup lite coconut milk (Thai Kitchen area)
1 1/4 cup water
1 tsp grated contemporary ginger
1 garlic clove, overwhelmed
1/4 tsp salt, or additional to style
2 tbsp sweetened grated coconut
3 tbsp cilantro
Recommendations:
Within just a medium sized significant pot, increase coconut milk, rice, water, ginger, garlic, salt and coconut; carry to a bowl around medium warm.
