California grilled Bird Avocado and Mango Salad

12 oz grilled bird breast, sliced (versus 1 lb uncooked)
1 cup diced avocado
1 cup diced mango (in opposition to 1 1/2 mangos)
2 tbsp diced purple onion
6 cups kid pink butter lettuce

For the vinaigrette:

2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
salt and fresh new cracked pepper to flavor

Guidelines:
