CHOCOLATE CARROT CAKE
Ingredients:
- 2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. ridiculous, chopped (optional)
- 350 levels for 50 to 55 minutes. Frost with your favourite product cheese frosting. Freezes effectively.

1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
Combine all elements (except if carrots, coconut and crazy) very well for 3 to 4 minutes. Stir inside carrots, coconut and outrageous. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at
