- 2/3 c. cooked pumpkin
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 2 pkgs. (3 oz. just about every) product cheese
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
