2 tsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 50 % pink bell pepper
1/4 cup parsley (or cilantro)
5 bell peppers (crimson or green)
14 oz shredded cooked fowl breast
1/2 tsp cumin
15.5 oz can white beans
1/2 cup decreased excess weight shredded cheddar
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°. Slash peppers within fifty percent reducing seeds and stem. Vacation spot peppers inside of an oven-evidence dish.
