PINEAPPLE CAKE

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 c. self-expanding flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 c. Wesson oil
- 1 sm. can beaten pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. product cheese, softened
- 1 box confectioners sugar
- 1 adhere butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tbsp. pineapple with juice

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
