PINEAPPLE-COCONUT-WALNUT CAKE

Ingredients:
- 2 c. flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. coconut, shredded
- 1 c. walnuts or pecans, chopped
- 1 can (20 oz.) overwhelmed pineapple with
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) product cheese, softened

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
--Product CHEESE ICING:-- CAKE: Merge all elements for cake collectively. Grease however do not flour 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 concentrations for 45 minutes. Frost with Product
