CHEESECAKE WITH BLACKBERRY TOPPING
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. cinnamon
- 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. product cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. bitter product
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 jar blackberry jam
- 1/2 pkg. blackberries, thawed
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
Preheat oven to 300 concentrations. Blend crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and butter. Push on to backside of springform pan. Whip product cheese. Insert eggs, one at a season whipping onc
