CARROT CAKE

Ingredients:
- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. pecans, minimize sm.
- 4 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 8 oz. product cheese, softened
- 1/2 adhere margarine, softened
- 1 box powdered sugar (1 lb.)
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
CAKE: Stir all dry elements (except if pecans and carrots) jointly and then increase eggs and oil. Blend right up until specifically put together and then increase carrots and peca
