- 2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 eggs

- 2 lg. grated carrots
- 1/2 c. black walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla

2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
