MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE

Ingredients:
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 (15 oz.) can beaten pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) product cheese
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1 adhere oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients.
2. Combine ingredients in the recommended order.
3. Adapted method:
CAKE: Blend all elements inside hefty blending bowl. Stir through hand until finally totally blended. Pour into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan or dish. Bake 40 to 45 mi
