- 8 dried shiitake mushrooms
- 1 Teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 Teaspoon dry sherry
- 2 Teaspoon water salt and pepper
- 1ˆ’1/2 body weight boneless, skinless chicken
- 5 Tablespoon oil
- 1 Teaspoon contemporary minced ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 little dried chilis, (optional)
- 8 Ounce can bamboo shoots, minced
- 8 Ounce can waterchestnuts, minced
- 1 deal cellophane Chinese rice noodles, published in accordance to package deal

1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
