Kentucky Derby Museum Pie

Ingredients:
2 qts. tomato puree
1 1/3 cups vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons full allspice
2 sticks cinnamon
1 teaspoon full cloves
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Directions:
1. Blend puree, vinegar and sugar inside of a large sauce pot. Tie complete spices inside of a cheesecloth bag. Include to tomato combination; include being ingredients and cook little by little until as thi.
2. Finish, taste, and serve.
