Hostess Twinkies
Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 quarts water
- 1 block (16 oz.) of tofu, lower into 1 1/2 inch prolonged strips
- 5 shitake mushrooms, reduce into skinny slices
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups bamboo shoot strips
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch dissolved inside 4 tablespoons water
- 3 eggs. crushed
- 1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
3. Adapted method: Incorporate initial 7 elements within just a pot and carry to a boil. Drizzle the cornstarch blend into the soup, stirring to thicken. Then drizzle overwhelmed eggs into soup, stirring. Supreme with sesame oil.
4. Finish, taste, and serve.
