Cracker Barrel's Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds. frozen hashbrowns
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can product of chicken soup
- 1 pt. bitter product
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated cheddar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 cups beaten cornflakes
- 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
3. Adapted method: DEFROST hashbrowns. Blend up coming 7 ingr. and combination with hashbrowns. PUT all within a 3 qt. casserole. SAUTE cornflakes within just butter and sprinkle upon greatest. Protect and BAKE at 350 for over 40 min.
