Salad oil for deep fry
Ingredients:
- 8 tablespoons Chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Dim soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 4 tablespoons White vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Corn starch
- 1 teaspoon Sake
- 1/2 teaspoon Oyster sauce
Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
3. Adapted method: Inside of a minor bowl, combine all sauce components right until very well put together. Slash chicken breast into ½ inch strips. Point in just a bowl with water and salt and enable soak for above 15 minutes. Do not drai.
4. Finish, taste, and serve.
