Ingredients:
- 4 cups mussels
- 2 Tbsp. extraˆ’virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. chopped yellow onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. Annisette
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh new basil
- 3/4 cup Lemon Butter Sauce (recipe follows)

Directions:
1. Prepare all ingredients and equipment before starting.
2. Build the dish in stages over medium heat, stirring as needed.
3. Adapted method: Juice of 1/2 lemon Soak mussels within just chilly water for few minutes, then scrub with a rigid brush and remove "beard" (the tiny tuft of fibers protruding versus the shell), both with a sharp knife or by means of pul.
4. Finish, taste, and serve.
