Spelt Focaccia

Ingredients:
- 5 cups (500 g) spelt flour
- 1 cup (250 ml) lukewarm water
- 1 tbsp. (10 g) malt or 1/2 tbsp. (10 g)
- 2 tbsp. in addition 2 tsp. (40 ml) further-virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp. furthermore 3/4 tsp. (11 g) busy dry yeast
- 1/2 cup (100 ml) water
- 3 tbsp furthermore 1 tsp. (50 ml) a lot more-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 tbsp. (14 g) coarse salt

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients before starting.
2. Make the dough/base and let it rest if needed.
3. Add toppings or fillings evenly and cook until golden.
4. Slice and serve hot for best texture.
