Vegetable Calzone

Ingredients:
- 5 cups (650 g) all-reason flour or
- 3/4 tsp. (2 g) chaotic dry yeast
- 1 lb (500 g) tomatoes, or more than 5 medium
- 1/2 medium
- 7 oz. (200 g) eggplant
- 7 oz. (200 g) spinach
- 1/2 bunch fresh new basil, chopped
- 1/2 cup (100 ml) excess-virgin olive oil
- Salt to style

Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients before starting.
2. Make the dough/base and let it rest if needed.
3. Add toppings or fillings evenly and cook until golden.
4. Slice and serve hot for best texture.
