- 1 lb (500 g) new spinach
- 1 oz. (30 g) Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp. (45 ml) added-virgin olive oil
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients before starting.
2. Make the dough/base and let it rest if needed.
3. Add toppings or fillings evenly and cook until golden.
