- 5 cups (650 g) all-explanation flour
- 3/4 tsp. (2 g) fast paced dry yeast
- 1 tbsp. (18 g) salt
- 1 lb 5 oz. (600 g) overwhelmed tomatoes
- 1 lb 2 oz. (500 g) mozzarella, thinly sliced
