Neapolitan Pizza
Ingredients:
- 5 cups (650 g) all-explanation flour or
- 3 tsp. (18 g) salt
- 7 oz. (200 g) tomato puree
- 14 oz. (400 g) tomatoes (ideally beefsteak or other ribbed wide range), sliced or diced
- 1 lb. 2 oz. (500 g) buffalo mozzarella, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bunch contemporary basil Far more-virgin olive oil Salt
Directions:
1. Prep and measure ingredients before starting.
2. Make the dough/base and let it rest if needed.
3. Add toppings or fillings evenly and cook until golden.
4. Slice and serve hot for best texture.
