Truffled Roast Turkey with Pork and Chestnut Stuffing
Ingredients:
- 80g truffle butter
- 50g butter
- 100g chestnuts, cooked and shelled
- 300g pork mince
- Salt and recently floor black pepper
- 4kg new turkey, giblets taken out
Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
