2 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 tsp natural vanilla extract
1/4 cup freshly brewed coffee

Instructions:
In a saucepan, add fifty percent the water, sugar, salt, and cocoa powder, and very hot in excess of medium heat. serve to a finish boil whilst whisking, then stop warm to small, and simmer for 30 seconds.
Remove against the warm, and add the vanilla and coffee, and stir. Stir in the remaining water.
Move the blend to a bowl, and chill in the fridge until chilly, over an hour. Whilst chilled, freeze in your ice cream company in accordance to the manufacturer’s guidance.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
