Pappa al Pomadoro
Ingredients:
- 800g purple and yellow cherry tomatoes
- 400g canned plum tomatoes
- 10 tablespoon much more virgin olive oil
- 275ml water or chicken stock
Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
