Ingredients:
- 680g undyed smoked haddock fillets, pin bones taken out
- 170g extensive grain or basmati rice
- 110g purely natural butterghee
- 1 clove garlic, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- Lemon Chicken Salad

Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
