Chocolate and Pear Tart

Ingredients:
- 125g flooring almonds
- 125g butter, softened
- 95g caster sugar
- 185g Luxurious Continental Belgian darkish chocolate, melted

Directions:
1. Gather and prep all ingredients before cooking.
2. Start with medium heat (or preheat oven if baking).
3. Add ingredients in sequence and cook until done.
4. Adjust seasoning, then plate and serve.
